Our Mission

At STL TRIM, our mission is deeply personal: to save lives by breaking the cycle of obesity and heart disease, starting in our own backyard. We know what it feels like to struggle, to try and fail, and to lose hope.

That’s why we are committed to walking beside every client with the tools, accountability, and care they need to succeed.

Through medical guidance, personalized nutrition, measurable progress, and mindset coaching, we empower individuals and families to reclaim their health, restore their confidence, and create a future where heart disease doesn’t define their story.

Our goal is to create a movement of health transformation—starting in local communities and expanding nationally—where families thrive, individuals gain confidence, and future generations are free from preventable diseases.

Through innovative technology, doctor-supported care, and a commitment to community involvement, STL TRIM aims to set the standard for results-driven wellness programs that make a lasting impact.
